Ingredients.
Makes 2 healing elixirs (more if served in flute).
Tea blend
- 1 tsp damiana
- 1 tsp catuaba
- 1 tbsp rose
- 2 tbsp hibiscus
- 1 tsp organic unwaxed lemon zest
- 2 tsp organic coconut sugar
- Generous sprig fresh mint
- Juice of 1/2 squeezed organic lemon
For decoration
- Nettle seeds
- Organic unwaxed lemon zest
- Rose petals
Make it.
Serve in highball glass or champagne flute.
- Brew the tea blend in a teapot or cafetière with hot water for 4 mins, strain & leave to cool – can be made ahead of time
- Muddle lemon zest, coconut sugar, mint & lemon juice in pestle & mortar
- Blend/shake lemon mix and tea with 2 handfuls crushed ice
- Half fill high ball or champagne flute with crushed ice
- Pour Mother Lover elixir over ice
- Serve with sprinkle nettle seeds, lemon zest & rose petals
